Float Sechelt
Rain got you down? Then there's no better way to get wetter than going for a 'float'. Floating, also known as floatation therapy, is the practice of floating in a warm pool of water saturated with Epsom salts. The environment is specifically designed to reduce all sensory input, allowing your body and mind to gently fall into a deeply calm and relaxed. It's also great for chronic pain and just some plain old 'me' time.
