Tomorrow is the Takaya Arts Festival in Victoria t Tomorrow is the Takaya Arts Festival in Victoria this weekend. Spots are still available for Sunday afternoon (reservations required for Covid-19 contact tracing and timed entry). Artists from around the world have commemorated Takaya, a coastal sea wolf who lived on the Discovery Islands off Victoria for over eight years before he was killed near Cowichan Lake this past January, galvanizing people internationally and elevating the discussion around wild wolves into a larger public sphere.
